CEO and Founder
Nike Greene, MA, LMFT
Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, Nike is a wife and mother of four, family is her primary value. She is a George Fox University graduate and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. All of Nike’s endeavors remain connected to her passion around collaborative communities, engaged families and celebrating diversity. As a therapist, she believes that healing and unity can build stronger communities. Moving beyond diversity into leveraging the power that lies within every individual in our community is key to a vibrant village. She is known for her vibrant personality, experiences within schools and correctional systems, community leadership and her stand for social justice and equity.

Asia Greene Rhodes
A spoken word artist, coach and mother from North Portland. Her passion for her community, poetry and sports led her to become a high school English teacher for five years. After writing a book and learning how to teach students of all demographics, combined with her coaching background she has been using her knowledge and experience to help guide and mentor students of the high school age. From performing poetry at multiple tedXPortland talks to leading students in the classroom and on the court, Asia seeks to inspire, motivate and support young women of color to achieve their academic, athletic and leadership goals in life.

Demetrius Rhodes
Demetrius holds a Bachelors of Arts in Business Management with a focus in marketing from Concordia University. He has 10 years of experience of mentoring youth through various non-profit organizations: Friends of the Children, The Contingent, Young Life, coaching sports and different youth ministries. He has a strong background in leadership development for high school and college students. He specializes in creating strategic curriculum and modules to empower young people to thrive and reach their full potential. Demetrius is a purpose driven individual that deeply cares about the welfare of our community. He is passionate about investing time in the lives of the younger generation because he believes they are the future.

Mentor
Kinnah Rhodes
Kinnah was born in NE Portland. She completed her Bachelor's Degree in Business administration at Eastern Oregon University. She strives toward serving her community through her work with The Contingent. She also has a love for athletics and working with youth so she helps coach Track and Field at De la Salle high school and volunteers with Young Life. She is excited to mentor and be a source of support and knowledge as the girls reach for goals that are important to them. She hopes to inspire them to pursue their dreams and reach their full potential.
Operations and Grants
Ali Packard, MSW
Ali holds a Master of School Work degree from Simmons University and has spent the past 25 years supporting the growth of social service organizations through fund development and program expansion. During her time in Oregon she has worked for Impact NW, St. Vincent de Paul and the YWCA of Greater Portland. Ali attributes her passion for helping children, youth, and families thrive to the challenges she experienced during her youth.

Hailey Rhodes
Hailey is born and raised in Portland and is a graduate of De La Salle North High School where she played basketball and ran track. She now attends Mount Hood Community College and is a college track athlete. Hailey is a passionate about mentoring, believing having someone in your life who is not required to be there but wants to be there is important. It is a feeling that not many youth get to experience. As a mentor she hope her mentees take one thing from their time together: they can do anything and it's important not to limit yourself or let others make limits on what you can accomplish.
